2. How do I get a quote for my device?
To get a free quote, simply call us or bring your device into our Miami store. We’ll assess its condition and provide you with a fair cash offer on the spot!
3. Do I need to schedule an appointment?
No appointment is necessary! You can walk in during our business hours, and we’ll be happy to help you.
4. How long does the selling process take?
The entire process typically takes 15-20 minutes. After you bring in your device, we’ll inspect it and provide an offer right away.
5. What if my device is damaged?
We still accept devices with minor damage. However, the offer will depend on the extent of the damage and the device’s overall condition. Bring it in for an evaluation!
6. How will I be paid?
We offer cash payment on the spot for accepted devices. If you prefer, we can also arrange for payment through PayPal or a bank transfer.
7. Do you buy older models of iPhones?
Unfortunately, we do not purchase older iPhone models. We focus on newer models to ensure we provide competitive offers.
8. What happens to my data?
We recommend that you back up and erase all personal data from your device before selling it. While we take privacy seriously, we cannot guarantee that all data will be completely erased on our end.
9. Can I sell multiple devices at once?

10. What if I change my mind after getting a quote?
No problem! Our quotes are no-obligation. You can choose not to sell your device after receiving the offer.
